W. H. Sclater Memorial Scholarship

Born in New Westminster, Bill Sclater was well known for his adult and children's visual arts classes. The scholarship has been made available through the contributions of his family, his many friends and students, and Place des Arts, where he taught for many years. It is presented annually to a student at Place des Arts in order to further studies and growth in the field of visual arts.
