How to Exhibit

Are you an emerging or unrepresented artist looking for a great place to exhibit your work?

With our three gallery spaces and many visitors daily, Place des Arts offers excellent opportunities for emerging or unrepresented artists to exhibit and sell their work. Our galleries of varying capacity and character showcase exhibitions of 2D and 3D work in all media, including painting, photography, fibre arts, ceramics and more.

Exhibitions in the Atrium, Mezzanine and Upper Atrium Galleries run  three-to-four weeks in length and are available to public viewing during regular operating hours. Exhibitions in the Leonore Peyton Salon run for two months. Leonore Peyton Salon viewing times are subject to availability, as this is also a multi-purpose teaching space; therefore, please call ahead for viewing times in the LPS.

As Place des Arts is also a teaching arts centre, exhibiting artists are encouraged to offer talks and / or demonstrations during their exhibitions.

Please note: Place des Arts is a non-profit arts education facility, not a professional gallery. Our mandate is to support local emerging artists by providing exhibition opportunities and exposure.
